How do I reset my password?
Contact your system administrator or IT support to request a password reset. For security reasons, passwords cannot be reset without proper verification.
Why did my session expire?
Sessions automatically expire after 2 hours of inactivity for security purposes. The system will warn you before expiring your session. Stay active to maintain your session.
Can I access the system from my mobile device?
Yes, the system is responsive and works on mobile devices. However, some features work best on larger screens. We recommend using a tablet or desktop for the full experience.
How do I submit a timecard?
Navigate to the Timecards module, select your work period, enter your daily hours, add any required notes or project codes, and submit for approval.
Who can see my personal information?
Access to personal information is strictly controlled based on role permissions. Only authorized personnel (HR, managers, administrators) can view sensitive information.
What should I do if I encounter an error?
Try refreshing the page first. If the error persists, note the error message and contact IT support with details about what you were doing when the error occurred.
How do I request time off?
Use the Time Off module to submit requests. Select your dates, specify the type of leave, add any notes, and submit for manager approval.
Can I edit my timecard after submission?
Once submitted, timecards cannot be edited by employees. Contact your supervisor or manager if corrections are needed.
